There is a great new restaurant at Palazzo. Canyon Ranch just opened the Grill which serves dinner including full bar service. I ate there last weekend with some friends staying at the Palazzo and it was great. They show the calorie count, fiber grams and fat grams on each menu item. I was hesitant about a place that was "healty" but it was the best meal I've have in years! And the service was great too!
