West Flamingo Active Adult Center needlework class

The West Flamingo Active Adult Center, 6255 West Flamingo Road near Jones Boulevard, has has a host of activities for folks 50 and older.

Their needlework class is held every Monday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Learn different types of stitches such as embroidery, counted cross-stitch, needlepoint, candle wicking embroidery, and the hardanger stitch. Participants provide their own supplies.
