The Utah Supreme Court has overturned the conviction of Warren Jeffs, the prophet of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He will now be retried but in the interim the Washington County Attorney is investigating allegations that Elissa Wall's medical records may have been concocted to strengthen the allegations of rape. We talk with investigative reporter John Dougherty and St. George Spectrum News Editor Ed Kociela about what the Utah Supreme Court's decision means and where the case will go from here.
